Is the draft really needed at this time? At this time it is not needed unless there is another terrorist attack. Even though that the draft is going to come back to use in time at the present state that the is needed. As for me I am too young to be drafted. At the age of 15 there is no way I could be drafted. Though I am also a girl, there are many girls who could do better than most men in some cases, there will be not of as much need for women to be drafted. There are some women who are drafted. If the time came when they needed to have people drafted then there would be a very large shortage of men who would lose their life.
I don't think a draft is needed, and I hope it never comes to that. Both my father and my step-father are under 45, and will be for many more years, I would hate to lose my step-father, but I probably wouldn't like my father to be drafter either. I also think that people in the service voluntarily will serve better than those forced in.

I dont believe that a draft is really needed at the present time. I have a lot of friends and family that could possibly be drafted if it comes down to that and I just dont feel that we should send more people over there when that just makes the chance of people dying to be even greater. I know people will die from this and all but it isnt necessary to send more people than we have to. This is how I feel about the drafting though!
Only a draft was used during Vietnam. THis war isnt serious because Afghanistan doesnt have a lot of arms and really isnt fighting back. I think that America figthign afgahnistan is likea sumo wrestler fighting with a newborn baby. the battle is inevitable.
